We seek to ensure a healthy and safe working environment for people producing our footwear. Our Ethical Supply Chain Supplier Code of Conduct, based on International Labor Organization standards, is used to audit our partners in China and Vietnam at least annually. Additionally, we work with programs like Better Work to advance health and safety in our industry. Audit scores are available in the Fair Factory Clearinghouse, which allows us to benchmark our performance against that of other brands.
